Weeknight Weave: Bark Starburst Ornaments

  • Field and Forest Crafts Classroom 12535 15th Avenue Northeast, Ste 120 Seattle, WA, 98125 United States (map)

Each one can be as unique as a snowflake or all the same as a set - it’s totally up to you. I’ll do a quick weaving tutorial and then let you go. You can make as many as you like or as time allows. :)

We’ll be working with split Western Red Cedar and Big Leaf Maple bark for our spokes and have daylily (golden) or iris (green) for our weaver.

This is a great workshop for beginners or those who just want to bring a little nature inside to celebrate the season.

My hope is that each student will have time to make at least 5 ornaments with supplies available for up to 8 per student. You are welcome to take your unfinished ornament material home.

Minimum age: 14

Minimum registration: 6 students. If the minimum registration is not met by Dec 16th, all students will be notified and refunded.

Class registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you want to sell or give your spot to a friend, I’m happy to welcome someone else in your place. Due to the nature of the projects (materials/soaking, etc) and the small class sizes, I’m unable to support refunds or credits.
